Yes. Our agency charges a vacation management fee starting at $100 and varies based on the type of trip, destination(s), complexity of the trip, and number of travelers. Our fee is non-refundable and includes all of our services from start to finish. Please see our Design My Trip page for more details.

Yes! We absolutely do! Do you have an upcoming wedding, bachelorette party, family reunion, group cruise, a conference for your business or a student trip? We can handle the details and ensure that you have access to group seating, entrances, and discounts.   

Yes. Most of the suppliers we work with will require a deposit with final payment being due 45-90 days before travel. Typically, the earlier you book, the more time you have to make payments!  

Travel insurance for all trips is highly recommended. After your trip quote has been submitted, we will provide you with Travel Insurance information. You are welcome to research other policies as well. 

Cancellation costs vary by supplier.  Due to the highly customized nature of your vacation, Trip Insurance is highly recommended in the event you need to cancel or postpone your trip.  

Did you book direct and wish you could work with us instead? There's a great chance we can still help! Most vendors can transfer your booking to our agency within 30 days of the initial booking!
